MUSICIAN / PERFORMER - Audition
 
We are currently auditioning musician/ performers who are looking for a project that they can learn and grow from. This is not a garage band or a side project
 
Commitment and dedication are the true qualities of a professional. Interested musician/ performers should have no less than 5 years of private lessons as well as experience or involvement in an ensemble. They must also read music and possess an understanding of theory.  
     

The Audition Process is created so that both the existing members and the director can gain a real appreciation for the musician. As such, we recommend that the student select a piece in the rock genre that is at least 1 – 2 minutes long where they can demonstrate their style, tone, and overall ability on their instrument. Sight reading will not be a requirement for the audition. Ultimately, the goal of the audition is to showcase the student’s musicality and desire to make the project as great as it can be.
